Sourcing and Contracts Analyst, Supply Chain

Responsibilities:

• Obtain materials, components, small equipment, and services.
• Check requisitions, obtain quotations, examines bids, and make awards.
• Define requirements and structures for a variety of client/supplier/sub-contractor agreements.
• Perform contract due diligence tasks and risk assessments.
• Ensure coordination of contract/sub-contract and client supplier relationships.
• Develop and executes new supply sources where vendors and suppliers are inadequate.
• monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned subcontracts to assure best quality at best value, as required.
• Evaluate vendor reliability.
• Lead internal meetings with different business areas to determine best ways to meet the company's needs in the most cost-effective manner.
• Independently review and approve purchases up to a specified dollar amount.
• Prepare, negotiate, accept, and oversee commercial contracts and subcontracts, including licensing agreements.
• Review and approve contractual documents for protection of the company's contractual posture, satisfaction of customer specifications and adherence to company policy.
• Take appropriate actions to identify and appropriately document contracts
• Advise management of contractual rights and obligations and provides interpretation of terms and conditions.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Minimum of five years procurement experience, preferably within the Semiconductor / Electronics Industry
• Strong working knowledge of contract development, review and negotiation
• College degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) required
