Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities include the following:

• Support the Corporate Accounting team with general accounting and analysis activities.
• Conducts month and year end close processes. Prepares journal entries, maintains and reconciles ledger accounts for TPI and other Toppan entities.
• Balances intercompany accounts, runs financial statements, reviews accounts, prepares reports and analysis.
• Prepares monthly intercompany and related party invoicing.
• Provides support for monthly and quarterly reporting to parent company and for the annual financial audit.
• Prepares monthly exchange gain or loss analysis.
• Supports the team in various new initiatives like transfer pricing accounting, new product lines, consolidations, and any other ad hoc activities.

Knowledge / Experience:

• Minimum of five years financial analysis and/or public accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Financial analysis experience including corporate budget and financial planning
• College degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
